# Refund Policy

## Refund Notice

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Taiwan, customers are entitled to a seven (7)-day cooling-off period starting from the day following receipt of the product.

**Please Note:** The cooling-off period is not a trial period. Returned products must be in brand-new condition and include complete packaging, including but not limited to:

* Product itself
* Unopened transparent product packaging bags (if applicable)
* Accessories
* Complimentary gifts
* Warranty cards
* Original manufacturer packaging
* All accompanying documents and materials

Please do not remove, discard, damage, or alter any part of the original packaging. The original packaging and product box are considered part of the product. Missing, damaged, or incomplete packaging may affect your eligibility for returns and refunds, and GeckoDesign® reserves the right to refuse a refund request.

Products such as computer software, video games, CDs, VCDs, DVDs, food products, consumables, personal hygiene products, and other items that cannot be restored to their original condition once opened are not eligible for return after opening, unless a manufacturing defect is discovered after opening.

Shipping costs incurred for returns within the seven-day cooling-off period shall be borne by the customer.

The first day of the cooling-off period shall be calculated as the day following receipt of the product. Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

## Return Procedure for Expandable Tissue Box Products

### Step 1 – Prepare the Return Package

Returned products must be sent back in complete condition, including:

* Product and original packaging box
* Unopened transparent product packaging bag
* Original invoice
* Complimentary postcard or promotional gifts

If the original outer shipping bag has been discarded, please use another suitable shipping bag or carton to securely package the product, packaging box, invoice, and related materials before returning them.

### Step 2 – Shipping Instructions

Please return the product using FamilyMart Store-to-Store Delivery Service (FamiPort / iFamily).

### Step 3 – Return Inspection and Refund

After shipping the returned product, please notify GeckoDesign®.

Upon receipt, GeckoDesign® will inspect the product packaging, including the transparent product bag and packaging box, to verify that they remain unopened and intact.

If the returned product meets all return requirements, the refund will be processed accordingly.

If the transparent packaging bag has been opened or shows signs of tampering, the refund request may be rejected.

### Step 3 – Return Inspection and Refund

After shipping the returned product, please notify GeckoDesign®.

Upon receipt, GeckoDesign® will inspect the returned product, packaging, and included accessories to ensure they are complete, undamaged, and show no signs of use.

If the returned product passes inspection, the refund will be processed.

If the product is damaged, incomplete, or shows evidence of use, the refund request may be rejected.

## Refund Request

If you determine that a purchased product does not meet your needs or if you wish to request a return for any other reason, please contact the designer and submit a refund request within the seven-day cooling-off period as provided under the Consumer Protection Act.

**Please Note:** GeckoDesign® reserves the right to refuse refund requests for customized or personalized products.

Before submitting a refund request, customers are strongly encouraged to communicate with the designer regarding the reason for the return and refund requirements.
